One of my Top Tips

One of my Top Tips
Learning the art of independant sleep is a life skill but it will be one of the most useful things you ever teach your baby. Once learned its as easy as ABC! Keep bedtimes calm and have a consistent bedtime routine in place which your baby will learn to adapt to and quickly come to expect, going down to sleep without a fuss. Make sure they are "screen free" before bedtime and no exciting games as you settle them for the night.
