My Sleep Talks at the Elgin Maida Vale
On the 28th April I ran 3 talks at this beautiful location in Maida Vale covering sleep for newborns to 6 months, 6 to 18 months and then a session for 18 months plus. We ran the event in conjunction with West London Tots so a huge thanks to Sonya who helped organise things and also manage the situation when the location was changed at the last minute!  We did have a bit of  a challenge with all the buggies going up and down the stairs but luckily the staff were on hand and very helpful in getting everything up and down the stairs. ...

More details about my appearance at the Baby Show
On Sunday the 17th I will be on the Mam stand giving help and advice on using their bottles and products as there are my preferred brand and I always recommend what works! I'll also be selling signed copies of my book for you to take away, a must for all those with "bumps" at the show!! My talk on sleep will take place at 12:30 on the main stage and will be for around half an hour. There is an excellent list of Exhibitors and we have attached the link below.  So see you there, can't wait!

Many baby sleep advisers, health professionals and a number of baby care books advise that you should always wake and feed your baby around 11 pm or even not to actually wake them, but feed whilst they are still asleep in the hope that baby will then have a longer chunk of sleep afterwards to coincide with the parents usual sleep time. Alison Scott-Wright, the Magic Sleep Fairy will be giving three talks on her specialist subject of Sleep on Tuesday 28th April at the Alice House, Queens Park, Salusbury Road, London NW6 6NJ.  The sessions will be as follows 10:00 All about sleep for Newborn - 6 months 11:45 All about Sleep for babies 6 - 18 months   (Only a few tickets left!) 13:30 All about Sleep for toddlers 18m + Each session will have a Q&A at the end. Cost per session is £20 and 10% of proceeds will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
