Another lovely email about my book.

Another lovely email about my book.
"Dear Alison A massive, massive thank you for having written your wonderful Sensational Baby Sleep Plan! We followed it religiously from day 1 with our third child, Cecily, born in May & it was so easy to follow. She slept through from 9 weeks & is the happiest baby imaginable- smiley, chilled & an absolute joy. She smiles when we put her in her cot or buggy for a nap and makes little contented moans as she puts herself to sleep. I've recommended your book to countless people & they've all found it brilliant. Very best wishes Ni...

Should I expect to lose weight after having a baby?

Should I expect to lose weight after having a baby?

One of my Top Tips

One of my Top Tips
Learning the art of independant sleep is a life skill but it will be one of the most useful things you ever teach your baby. Once learned its as easy as ABC! Keep bedtimes calm and have a consistent bedtime routine in place which your baby will learn to adapt to and quickly come to expect, going down to sleep without a fuss. Make sure they are "screen free" before bedtime and no exciting games as you settle them for the night.

What milk should you give your reflux baby?

What milk should you give your reflux baby?
Ever wonder which milk is best for your reflux baby? Well this mum did so seeking advice went to the doctor and in the space of 10 days was given four different milks to trial - 3 of them prescribed by a top Paediatric gastroenterologist! Confused? Well she certainly was and so was the poor little baby's digestive system!! The problem is it takes weeks, not days for a new milk to get settled into the system and to show positive effects. Also, if cows milk protein is an issue - as in this case- once you remove dairy and switch straight to...
