We all know just how important it is that children get enough sleep and cannot underestimate the effects of a lack of it.
It can affect their ability to learn, how they eat, play and respond.

Do you remember this on Channel 4 back in 2010? What a great experience that was for Alison and of course she did come out on top! The twins she helped still sleep through the night!!

To change current thinking that looking after a baby is really difficult.......
Babies are simply not designed to be that challenging - it should and can be the most rewarding and wondrous time in our life - for both baby and the parents!
I just want to help people understand that although it's a change, it's only a baby and you can approach the whole experience with confidence and positivity.
